  • Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution
  • 2.75 undergraduate GPA*
  • No GMAT required
*Students who have below a 2.75 GPA may still be considered for admission. A holistic review of the application and required documentation will be completed. Upon review, an interview with the MBA Program Director may be requested.

This course examines individual and interpersonal behavior, group and team dynamics and structure, and leadership within the context of work organizations. Conceptual understanding, practical applications, and skill development are included.

This course examines accounting systems and their role in the evaluation of assets, the determination of income, and the measurement of equities with concentration on the interpretation of published accounting statements.

This course focuses on problems confronting corporate financial management in analyzing financial requirements.

This course examines how one deploys and manages information systems and management support technologies to create competitive advantages.

Cases, readings, and other class activities are used in this course to explain and analyze strategic topics in operations management, including process analysis, supply chain management, quality management, enterprise resource planning, lean systems and other topics related to achieving competitiveness through the operations function.

This course requires the graduate student to become conversant with marketing terms and concepts, conduct market analysis, and integrate the material in order to develop market-oriented strategic plans and make marketing decisions. This course features the study of international finance with emphasis in international financial management for the firm, currency and derivative markets, currency risk management, international investment & financing, capital flight and currency crisis, and foreign direct investment.

Investments and Security Analysis focuses on basic types of securities, financial markets, trading process, investment in mutual funds and other investment companies, modern portfolio theory, diversification strategy, and stock analysis and valuation.

The study of financial markets and institutions will focus on debt, equity and derivative instruments along with the markets in which these securities are traded. Interactions between these securities, financial institutions and federal regulators will be studied against the backdrop of the 2008 Financial Crisis.
