Our streamlined MBA admissions process makes it easy for you to get started right away. Please read the admission requirements to ensure you qualify.

  • Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution
  • 2.75 undergraduate GPA*
  • No GMAT required
*Students who have below a 2.75 GPA may still be considered for admission. A holistic review of the application and required documentation will be completed. Upon review, an interview with the MBA Program Director may be requested.

Transcripts

Please submit transcripts from all colleges attended. We will accept unofficial transcripts at the time of application; however, official transcripts will need to be submitted before the end of the first term in the program. St. Cloud State staff will download official transcripts for graduates of St. Cloud State and Minnesota State Colleges and Universities.

This course examines accounting systems and their role in the evaluation of assets, the determination of income, and the measurement of equities with concentration on the interpretation of published accounting statements.

This course features the study of international finance with emphasis in international financial management for the firm, currency and derivative markets, currency risk management, international investment & financing, and managing risk exposure of multinational firms.

Investments and Security Analysis focuses on basic types of securities, financial markets, trading process, investment in mutual funds and other investment companies, modern portfolio theory, diversification strategy, and stock analysis and valuation.

The study of financial markets and institutions will focus on debt, equity and derivative instruments along with the markets in which these securities are traded.
